Parking Garage

Four levels - one elevated into the air, one on ground level, one that is underground, and one that leads to the underground city life. It seems normal enough. Except something seems to be out of place, and rather peculiar about the first underground level of the parking garage. It seems to be the headquarters for an illegal street fighting ring. You have to wonder if it's still active, and if it is - what it could mean for the inhabitants of the city. Stepping into the lowest level of the parking garage, the scents of a new city surround you as you slip deeper. This is the darkest part of the city, where thieves, drug addicts, slave traders, fighters, and ruffians alike do their bidding. Whether it's buying, selling, planning, or what... if there's something illegal to be done, it'll probably be done here. Watch your step and your pockets, for there's no telling just who and what the hell it is that you're truly dealing with. Thinking of screwing someone over?
